CURA BHV

CURA BHV is a company that offers flexible learning options. They offer 100% online courses and blended learning, where theory is taken online and practical training takes place on site. This makes it possible for care workers to attend training courses without disrupting care continuity. 

I am responsible for marketing, communication materials and part of the Instructional design team. Managing the CURA BHV website and social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. For the e-learning modules, my focus is mainly on the (digital) learning experience. Among other things, I provide trainees with AI scenario videos and animations.

For the development of e-learning modules on various topics, I use (interactive) videos. These videos are usually short and engaging, tailored to the attention span of the specific target audience. The AI videos used within the modules are made interactive by adding questions or scenarios at certain points. This allows the user to fully engage and make their own choices. For this purpose, I use VEO3 by Google.

In addition, animations and informational videos have been developed for the theoretical parts, all fully aligned with the company’s brand colors. The animations were created entirely using Adobe After Effects. The project includes a series of diverse videos covering different topics. Below are two examples.
